I am writing because your project was brought to the attention of the AZ Council of Chapters of the Military Officers Association of America. We were told that if we donated $1000 there would be a plague with our name on it at your site. First I have no gaurantee that they will approve the donation but if they do how do we make a donationof this amount using a check?? I am just trying to do the ground work before presenting this to our organization at our semi-annual meeting in October. I would appreciate any information you might offer regarding this. Sincerely Maj. Steven Abel, USAF, (Ret) Secertary/Treasurer AZ Council of Chapters MOAA

Hello, I contributed $100 and was told there would be a tribute message, brick or some kind of place where I could leave a memorial message. I have not received any information about that message and would like to dedicate a message to my father who fought in the Pacific. Thanks Michael Tennant

I am currently an Arizona State Employee and a Vietnam Veteran and did not know about this effort until I saw the special train sitting on the tracks. What a wonderful surprise to know this was going on. Thank you.
